ATTENTION: RecoveryTrek pays very close attention to maintaining a secure environment. To increase our security we have launched a new Login Page.

To login to your participant portal, please enter the following information below.

PROGRAM ID - Your Program ID is specific to the program you are enrolled in. It is the 4 digit number that has been given to you to access the phone system. If you do not know your Program ID please contact your Success Manager and they will help you.

USER NAME / PASSWORD - Your User Name and Password will be the same information you have used to login to the Participant Portal in the past.

NOTE: Our portal pages take advantage of third-party cookie files. If your browser is set to block third-party cookie files, you may experience difficulties in viewing certain portal pages.

In the event that you notice credit card charges made by RecoveryTrek and you are unsure of their validity, please contact the RecoveryTrek billing department first – before disputing them with your credit card company.

Disputed charges typically incur additional fees or may suspend your check-in status. Our billing team, if contacted in advance, can quickly handle your inquiries about test fees charged to your credit card. We can answer your questions regarding multiple charges or the amount we have processed. You can speak with a billing representative M-F 8.30am - 5pm EST 757-943-9800 x1 or email billing@recoverytrek.com.

Emailed inquiries are preferred so that we can document all of the information for you and are typically addressed within 24 hours or less.
